Department of Medicine Student Programs

Education is at the core of what we believe and practice here at UMMC. As a reflection of this philosophy, the Department of Medicine has invested its resources in all four years of medical school training.

Our faculty, fellows and residents are intimately involved in student education both in the clinical and pre-clinical arenas. We believe that such a large investment ensures that our students finish their medical school training with the skills necessary to provide the highest level of patient care in any field of medicine they pursue.
